Public Administrator Visits Texas after Exposing Apparent
RING OF ORGANIZED CRIME IN OREGON & U.S. GOVERNMENT:

Yamhill Court, Police, Mayor, Governor, Senate, Prior Congressman, Media Complicit
(but Dr. Williams has Confidence in Oregon Congressman Salinas and Texas Gov. Abbott in exploiting this corruption and preventing Holocaustic activity).
Dear Congressman Salinas, Governor Abbott, & America:
I am a Doctor of Public Administration, Political Candidate, and Plaintiff in two Oregon lawsuits writing to introduce myself again (following my introductions on Lars Larson Show)and to EXPOSE A RING OF ORGANIZED CRIME IN OREGON & U.S. GOVERNMENT. I witnessed these crimes while campaigning.
APOSTOLIC SOCIALISTIC MINISTERIAL ABUSE (ASSAULT, CRIMINAL MISCHIEF . . .)
The first lawsuit: Williams V. Abundant Life Pentecostal Church (ALPC). In Yamhill County Court, I filed a Complaint against ALPC for Ministerial Abuse (Disabled Abuse), criminal violations of ORS 124.100 including Assault 3&4, Menacing, Reckless Endangerment, and Criminal Mischief committed by clergy father-son duo Bishop William Walter Davies and Pastor Matthew Todd Davies. This is an especially compelling case, critical to quashing another Jonestown Massacre and Holocaust because Apostolic Socialism patterns after the doctrinal principles of Jim Jones and Adolph Hitler.
As discussed in the attached Complaint, Affidavit 3, and Motion for Default Judgment, These false prophets tortured and financially defrauded me, continue to abuse parishioners, and are getting away with it because of this RING OF CORRUPTION. Prior to my Complaint, Pastor Davies was convicted on violation of gun law, Pastor and Bishop were fined for BOLI violations (unlawful use of parishioners), and Bishop Davies lost a prior abuse lawsuit, James Goings V. ALPC, for Defamation.
POLICE CRIME IN SUPPORT OF ALPC
The second lawsuit: Williams V. McMinnville Oregon Police Department (Mac PD). McMinnville Police skewed my report of Ministerial Abuse and refused to investigate my allegations. As such, Mac PD violated

⦁ ORS 161.155 (d) Criminal liability for conduct of another,
⦁ 38 CFR § 3.103 - 14th Amendment Right to Procedural Due Process,
⦁ 25 CFR § 11.314 6th Amendment Right to Criminal Complaint, Investigation, & Prosecution (Trial by Jury) IN REVERSE,
⦁ 7th Amendment Right to take a Matter to Court,
⦁ 14th Amendment Equal Protection,
⦁ 29 CFR § 1614.203 Rehabilitation Act.

A copy of my MOTION FOR DEFAULT JUDGMENT in this case is also attached.

Consequently, as part of my own investigation, I learned that former McMinnville Chief of Police Ron Noble is married to Cynthia Kaufman Noble, a current Judge in Yamhill County Court, with only a total of 4 judges available in the Yamhill County Court including Presiding Judge Wiles. With such nepotism within the system, how are law judges who are married to Chiefs of Police able to make unbiased decisions in cases that implicate the police, and how are they able to be unbiased in criminal cases arrested by police? Judge Noble was an ATTORNEY before she was a Judge. This is corruption suggestive of the same type of illicit relationship as in my present concern of ex parte communication between Judge Wiles and Attorney Faddis.

MEDIA COVERUP
Pontious yellow journalists at the News-Register, Statesman Journal, Oregonian, and KOIN refused to publish news of these crimes and cover-ups, instead, washing their bloody hands. The News Register removed (hid) their 2015 article report of Goings V. ALPC. The Davies are extremely wealthy men.
CRIMINAL EX PARTE KEYED ENTRY OF SECURED YAMHILL COURT?
When at a Rule 21 hearing of Williams V. ALPC, I saw the Defendants’ Attorney, Annalie Faddis of Gillaspy Rhode Faddis & Benn, open the locked (Yamhill County Court) chambers of what appears to be Presiding Judge Ladd Wiles with a gold key, violating U.S. Title 9-66.100. McMinnville police failed to investigate my report.
Prior, I canvassed other Oregon and New York Police (One Police Plaza) regarding this and other imperatives, but the police likewise derelicted. Anunauthorized key to the courthouse is suggestive of ex parte communication on the part of Attorney Faddis and Judge Wiles. The apparently consequentially corrupt Rule 21 decision for this and other unjust reasons was to grant the Motion to Dismiss my case, but Judge Wiles did not so much as take an oath during the Rule 21 hearing, and the Defendants (Davies) were not present as required of a Rule 21 hearing. That Presiding Judge Wiles knew that the Defendants were legally obligated to be present but were not appears to be the baised reason he did not take an oath. What has happened to true and honest justice? Right to a fair trial? I contacted McMinnville Police and Yamhill Sheriff about the illicit key and SGT Stoneberg reviewed the courthouse video footage, but the clip of Faddis unlocking Unjust Judge Wiles Hitler’s chambers may have been cut out. I received an untimely response from the Trial Court Administrator as discussed in My Attached Motion to Yamhill County Court, Affidavit to the Appellate Court. Congressman, would you please further investigate what appears to be an unauthorized (federally illegal) key to a high-security government building and ex parte communication to effect justice and assist me in mitigating this fresh Holocaust? It appears that the police failed to investigate because they are complicit of failure to investigate my criminal allegations of Williams Vs. ALPC. Sin invites sin. Whereas, it is possible in my disability in which I have spiritual visions, that it was a spiritual vision of Ms. Faddis opening the chamber door, but I know what I saw, and under the suggestive circumstances as outlined in my Motion, a higher investigation is warranted especially in the case of Security-Protected Government Buildings.

SERVICESOURCE ABUSE OF CLIENTS WITH DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES (DD)
While campaigning in DC last year, I exposed corruption inside ServiceSource Incorporated of Oakton, Virginia: abuse of their PIERS Program clients, persons with developmental disabilities (requiring them to watch a homosexually biased video exploiting children, requiring a homosexually biased assignment and marking it wrong if their DD clients did not prefer homosexuality. ServiceSource also engaged in religious discrimination against me, and in hundreds of thousands of dollars in violations of U.S. copyright law) and other egregious employer violations. ServiceSource wrongfully terminated me when I confronted them and did not compensate me with my requested severance package. HR Dominique Huff failed to keep her lying, erroneous written agreement to give me a ridiculously offered severance of two weeks. Like Governor Kotek (discussed below), the (reclining) EEOC did not have schedule availability. EEOC understaffing is money-laundering in light of our hard-earned taxpayer dollars, but money-laundering seems to have infiltrated the administration, a Ponzi-scheme on the part of the elite class that has brought America into peasant servitude. What's wrong with our government in light of our hard-earned taxpayer dollars? Goverment,employees, appointees, and electees are supposed to be servants, ministers to the American people rather than making hard-earned Americans their servants. Pontius Yellows at The Baltimore Sun likewise washed their hands of ServiceSource's corporate corruption. Government likewise has its bloody hands in the Auto Insurance business so that Americans including my car-accident disabled self or being defrauded of their due claims. Would you please assist me in addressing this as well? Their representatives, especially, Gerri Maize of Farmers Insurance are not only stealing from their claimants, but lying and concealing as well. I have a plan to correct this egregious injustice.
WILLAMETTE VALLEY MEDICAL CENTER (WVMC) MALPRACTICE
Back in McMinnville, I re-engaged my homeless ministry and found two people dying on the sidewalk. I transported them to WVMC where they were treated only partially and released back to the streets while still incognizant. I called Mac PD, but Mac Officers failed to assist, saying their hands were tied. I pleaded with WVMC authorities, but they covered their malpractice. This was my second experience of WVMC malpractice and cover-up.
MAYORAL DERELICTION
I contacted McMinnville Mayor Remy Drabkin with remedy requesting corrective action, but she derelicted.
GUBERNATORIAL DERELICTION
Oregon Governor Tina Kotek and Constituent Wytoski likewise derelicted. There is no detox facility in McMinnville, only referral facilities. People suffering (and dying) from fentanyl addiction are not cohesive enough to make transport arrangements to an adjacent town for Detox. WVMC has only ONE CADC, and he was not available when needed, and not user friendly.

Congressman, Oregon has done nothing to remedy these corrupt, illegal, Hollocaustic death-causing lacks. Would you please assist me in getting a Detox facility, a CARING, well- practicing hospital, competent CADCs,vigilant, circumspect (non-complacent) police, and a just court system? Throughout Oregon, in government, in social services, in court, and at WVMC, I find a presence only, no real (true and just) assistance for those who most desperately need it. Only recliners and us peasant taxpayers are at work.
SOCIAL SECURITY DISABILITY (SSD) CORRUPTION
Prior to these events, I served as a Social Security Disability Vocational Expert (VE) Witness and Legal Representative where Attorney Max Rae and I exposed corruption (perjury, tampering with witnesses, and even what I view as second degree manslaughter but the Hearings Officers, Inspector General, and SSD Commissioner swept this egregious corruption under the rug. Oregon Senators and Congressmen washed their bloody money-laundering hands. I have been exposing this SSD corruption to those in charge for years, with no response. TREASON, MONEY LAUNDERING OF AMERICAN TAXPAYER DOLLARS
Because of such egregious crime, corruption, coverup, dereliction, and stagnancy on so many counts, I distrust Drabkin, Kotek, and many of the Oregon Senate. Instead, I now appeal to yourself and the great State of Texas, celebrated for its godliness and conservatism. Whereas my ultimate goal is to reunite Democrats and Republicans to solve state-of-emergency national and international issues, I presently accuse said parties of treason and money laundering. I appeal to Democrats and Republicans together to unite toward righteousness, because a nation divided against itself (and a nation rejected of God because it rejected Him) will soon self-destruct. Would America please come out of sexual immorality and her recliners and entertainment and fulfill her Biblical and civil responsibility toward fellow man?
As you know and with all due respect, President Trump is making merchandise of America advertising retail memorabilia (watches, perfume, sneakers) instead of fortifying America and aiding Israel-Palestine, Ukraine-Russia, and divided Korea, at the expense of many lives. I wrote the long-anticipated biblically-prophesied peace treaty between Israel and Palestine, but ALPC Davies devilishly hindered me, moreover advising another parishioner to steal my Amazon KDP password. This crime constitutes one of the seven claims for relief in Williams Vs. ALPC.

REQUEST FOR ALLIANCE
Would you join hands with me to resolve these deathly municipal, county, state, national, and global emergencies? While these ensue, Communist Chinese President Xi Jinping, the number of whose name I deciphered as Antichrist 666 under the Greek Alphabet (refer to my peace treaty "We Be Brethren" at Lulu under Jesus Amber Williams" and "Publius 666", Jinping is aggressively buying up American real estate for Communist (Antichrist) takeover. Red Communism is the biblically- prophesied red heffer. In my own aggressive attempts to fight these wars, I have been under the investigation of Portland Secret Service Officer Nate, closely monitored while Yellow Journalists hinder my efforts to mitigate these evils which are causing torture and deaths of America and international victims. While my freedom of speech is silenced and the physical actions of my spiritual warfare are oppressed, Terrorists pour in through the border, kill, steal, and destroy. Demonically distracted, materialistic America has waxed lethargic in the face of these life and death issues, exactly what Satan wants. These are what the Bible refers to as "the wiles of the devil." Intoxicated and distracted, Cell Phone America has failed to love her neighbor as her self, has failed to remember the Holocaust; therefore, a second Holocaust ensues and I among many worldwide am its victim. Radical terrorist groups rape innocent children, take, torture, and kill hostages, and yet the American government is parading about with pride about with whom they have sex. Why has with whom we have sex become the imperative of the day while people are being tortured and murdered in war? Without immediate action, you will become guilty of these death-causing crimes, Global Apostolic Socialism having risen to this Holocaustic level, but I have utmost confidence in you, Congressman Salinas.
REMEDY
Congressman, this is within your jurisdiction, power and authority. Would you please collaborate with me to address these egregious issues and eradicate these crimes and corruptions before it’s too late? Would you please collaborate with your integritous federal colleagues to get this derailed America back on track? My international plans include safety, security, peace, truth, justice, and liberty. I have immediate solutions for electoral and international issues which, if not quickly implemented, will engulf to World War III, what I as a Christian regard to be Armageddon in light of all other prophesy fulfilled, presently well-ignited in hot and cold war. Please lobby to withdraw food-stamps (SNAP), housing, and all related human services from everyone except those on social security or VA disability and order illegals back to their home countries or jail without food and bedding. Please lobby for an order that anyone who aids or abets them to remain in America must go to jail without food and bedding. A good father will punish his children. Without it, there becomes anarchy and every evil work as it is today. This lobbying, these actions are essential to eradicate terrorism. Withdrawing provisions from illegals will force them to return to their home countries.

America must be harder on crime to effect a righteous nation. America must return and submit to God's commandments before she self-destructs. Law enforcement and Homeland Security must realert and take diligent action before it is too late.
